What is the production process of the lamps?

100% of the lamps come from the collection of the manufacturer Aldex Dyderscy sp. z o.o. The lighting is entirely produced in our own manufacturing facility, going through several stages: design, bending, spinning, painting, assembly, storage, and shipping. By ordering products from www.artera.pl, you are guaranteed high-quality Polish-made lamps.

Can I order custom-made lamps?

As a manufacturer, we offer a wide range of design modifications. If the requested change involves a color available in our palette or the length of pendant lamps suspended on cords or wires, please include this information in the order comments. How long does it take to process an order?

We are a lighting manufacturer, and most of the products sold on artera.pl are stocked in our warehouse. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. The standard lead time is 10-12 working days with the possibility of a slight extension. However, some orders require custom modifications according to customer preferences. The processing time for special orders is 12-16 business days.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Consumers have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. All they need to do is send a statement of withdrawal before the expiry of this period – by email to [email protected].

How does the refund process work?

Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund all payments, including the cost of delivery to the Customer, within 14 days. We will refund the money using the same payment method chosen by the Customer, unless they request a different method that does not involve additional costs.

Who covers the costs of returning the product in the event of a refund?

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Consumer.

How to make a complaint?

To make a complaint, please contact us by email at [email protected], attaching photos/describing the problem and providing your order number. We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible and work with you to find the best solution.

Are the products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all our lamps come with a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Can I get a discount on my order?

Yes, we offer discounts depending on the value of the order – we have three discount thresholds. To receive the appropriate discount, please contact us by email or telephone before finalising your order. During general promotions, discount codes are temporarily disabled and discounts cannot be combined. After the promotion ends, the codes regain their validity for the period for which they were issued (this also applies to the code for subscribing to the newsletter). We kindly remind you that modified orders are not eligible for discounts.

Are bulbs included with the lamps?

As standard, we do not include light sources with our products. We send bulbs with the lamp when purchasing luminaires from the following collections: Fala, Flo, Bonbon, Bloom Multicolour, Stick.
